Terms And Conditions
- All remedies, rituals, corrections, designs, and other services (“Services”) provided are strictly based on the information voluntarily provided by the Client. The accuracy and effectiveness of any service are contingent upon the accuracy of the data shared by the Client.<br>
- The Provider does not offer any assurance, warranty, guarantee, or liability—express or implied—for the results, effects, or consequences of the Services provided. Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and belief systems.
- The Client acknowledges that they are consulting of their own free will and interest. The Provider or any representative of this office does not solicit, invite, or coerce any individual for consultation or service. All consultations are client-initiated.
- The Client shall be solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of the Services. The Provider shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, harm, or profit arising, directly or indirectly, from the consultation.
- The Services offered are belief-based spiritual solutions and are not substitutes for any kind of medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Clients are advised to consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
- All personal data, issues, and problems disclosed during the consultation shall be kept strictly confidential. Such information will not be shared, published, sold, or expressed (verbally or in writing) to any third party unless:
• Required by law, or
• Expressly authorized in writing by the Client, or
• Shared with a person referred by the Client through written authorization. - All payments made for consultations and services are non-refundable, irrespective of client grievances, dissatisfaction, or perceived outcomes.
- Providing false, misleading, illegal, immoral, or harmful information for the purpose of obtaining services will result in immediate termination of services and may attract legal action under applicable laws.
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the current version before availing services.
- All disputes arising from or related to the services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual arbitration within the jurisdiction of the Provider’s office.
Client Acknowledgment
By availing of the services, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
- You acknowledge the spiritual and advisory nature of the services.
- You waive any future claim against the Provider regarding the outcome of the consultation.
- I accept all the terms and conditions before availing the services, the outcome of the advices is at my own belief and risk.
- The provider is no way concerned with my outcome of the advice to me.
